Poor Customer Care

Yet again inconvenienced by this network!! I have emailed even head office with my issue, i am unable to work it has been two days instead i get automated replies and their call centre agents put me on hold till they hang up. Number deactivated by MTN and on grey scale and says it does not exist . No one is assisting me at all i would not recommend this it is literally my 3rd issue with them not resolved the next thing they will call me using a private number to try resolve . I am ejecting this sim and i no longer want anything to do with MTN!!!!!all MTN has no respect for it's customers and only cares when they need to get funds , i will not pay for a sim that does not work !!!@@
