Poor Customer Care

MTN does not respect people. They only want to benefit at the expense of other people. When lodging a claim, they will give you the ticket number, but they will never attend to you. I have been waiting for them since January 2026 till today.

I got their device on 05 December 2025, and due to it having no network coverage, I cancelled that contract on 08 December 2025, but in January 2026, they wanted me to pay for cancellation and pro-rata fees. I queried it. Instead of investigating the query, they suspended my number till today. I am unable to use my number but they expect payment from me on monthly basis.
