Poor cust.service/inadequately trained consultants

I am writing to express my disappointment with the MTN Witbank (Klipfontein branch) ********** customer service! To whom is concerned - please verify that the staff is well trained on dealing with customers and queries. I bought a tablet on contract in Jan. I went in the shop at least 5 times because the tablet wouldn't switch on. I eventually went to Highveld Mall and insisted that they help me RICA my number which turned out to be the reason why it did not switch on. I never heard from the Klipfontein consultants that kept on saying I should come back later. Again, the tablet had a problem. I went in 3 times into the shop because they failed to say everything required when taking in a tablet for repairs the first time. The screen cracked before I could take it in. So I called (because I didn't want to drive there for nothing) to find out how much would it cost to fix it. Maria's telephonic service was terrible! Understandably, they are consultants so they do not know the cost of a repair. I was just appalled by her lack of patience and poor engagement. She sounded quite irritated when I sought clarity. I am really fed up with the bad, bad service whilst paying every single month!
