POOR CUSMTOMER SERVICES AND RIDE SUPERVISEOR FROM MTN

I lost my phone on Monday , called MTN to blacklist the phone they said they cant find my phone/ IMEI number on the system a call was logged to add or link my phone with my cell phone number , with a ref number of REQ***.. two days after I called to make a follow up , they now saying, I am using a different phone with is Nova 8 and they cant assist with blacklisting my phone, I asked to speak to a supervisor he was so rude ,he didn't want to give me his name , he said his name is private and that unfortunately he cant assist me, said I am wasting his time and the agent time I must drop and call again and he dropped the call , its days now still I don't have a ICT ref number for insurance . however has my phone has access to my personal things. I am real disappointed with the service *I got from MTN and its been years, using their network . I just want them to blacklist my phone and give me ICT ref so I can get a phone from my insure.
