Poor coverage - Poor service

For the past two years we have complained about poor network coverage in Westville and Sherwood. Mtn responds immediately with an acknowledgement email bit it stops there. We then have to keep sending emails them to get a response if any. Finally installed a booster but no change in network. Emails upon emails no response. I've been an Mtn customer since 1997 and the service keeps going downhill. Currently terrible. I have data packages which I cannot use.
