Poor Contract termination. No assistance

Contract cancelation.

I've been trying to terminate my Contract that I have reached the full term with. Everytime I call I get transferred till the line gets dropped or left on the line for a long time.

When I get to retension, I don't get helped. I'm getting charged now for data I don't want. I doubt I'm ever going to open a contract with them again. When u want out it's a hassle.
