Poor connection on home router and no feedback on a complaint.

Terrible service even for loyal customers!!! I have logged a complaint on their website and I only received an automated response. Over 2 weeks now cannot use the home WiFi LTE router to work due to poor connection!!! I pay for a service that I can’t use, they don’t care to respond because clearly they don’t value me as a customer. I’m now looking for a new service provider because I can’t afford to work like this !!! No one at MTN bothers to attend to queries and complaints.
