Poor connection and poor service

Unhappy with the connection with the wifi I got... It has come to a point where I need to call to have them check my connection but no improvement, I've been with them for 3 3 months now. During first and second months all was well but now I'm disappointed considering the amount of money I pay.. Please fix your connection or I'm canceling
