Poor communication, debit orders on goods not received

Account number A*** - Goods not received, MTN commenced debiting, debit order cancelled, MTN blacklisted me. We made them aware of this, they acknowledged and apologised but they still have not fixed the issue. It has been months now and I am still unable to take any credit, my bond application was rejected, I have called and called, both MTN and their third party service provider and still nothing
