POOR COMMUNICATION CHANNEL

I have been sending emails to MTN since April seeking assistance with my contracts with them and I have not received assistance as I wanted to check what arrangements I can make with them as I have been financial affected by the lockdown and I received an sms saying they will hand over my account to the legal section which I will inquire charges due to them being unable to answer my emails, on my emails I even requested for a number or email address that I can use in order to get the necessary assistance but I have received no response I am still appealing to someone to please contact me and assist me cause I want to keep my credit record clean and I am currently affect by the lockdown and seeking to make an arrangement since you have suspended my services please email me back on how I can get assistance.
