Poor communication !!!

I reached out MTN MONDO 10 days ago! I received an email stating my investigation has started and they will contacr me within 2 Working days ; it has now been 8 Days and still no communication

All Telecommunication Sales are recorded and in the recording you will see how the Sales agent **** to me to get me to take the package!

I have already been debited once including the initiation fee

I am willing to return the whole package including both the SIM cards . the box / the Bubble wrap / etc
