Poor communication and services

1.your communication is not clear about debting accounts 2. I took my wifi around 15 Dec and paid R722.00 which is for prorated plu January installment as per what they advised me. I email the again and asked “ am i going to pay instalment for January “ and they rep**** with “ Kindly note that your account is in credit and hence, the invoice will deduct from the credit and a debit is anticipated on 15-02-2025.” but they you tried to debit and now u switched of my wifi tht has active 261 GiGs . We dont use the wifis to play games but work. 3. How do you pay a month to month subscription upfront.
