POOR communication and failure to cancel my LTE month to month router - costing me another R399!!

Cancel my LTE router with immediate effect. Reference number: 118351-s1z3b3 I've put in a request on the 10th of July 2020 and till this day it is still active.

Agent who I've spoken to on the 11/08/2020: Nandi advised that she can see no note on the account and cancellations has not cancelled it.

I will NOT allow another debit order to go off for something that was supposed to be cancelled already.

I will be posting this on hellopeter too as this is unacceptable. The initial agent did not inform me that I would have to email as I merely contacted the call centre with the indication that it will be cancelled as per the agent. This is EXTREMELY poor on MTN's behalf.
