Poor communication and ***** dealing

I have a contract with mtn for an iPhone. The last successful payment was last year October. This year they blocked the signal and the phone is good as wood. The issue is when they could not get money as they say, no communication was done to me. Interesting in March and April they deducted.

Went to a branch and was told, the payments were changed into cash, again no communication and when i have learned about this I was told the matter is with legal. I then sent an email to legal for them to send my contract so I can see if their actions are justified and they have not responded. I have a bill of 14k which surprisingly they tried to debit, again they is no agreement for this but on email when I asked for breakdown I got no response. I am happy to resolve this but with open communication, the mtn branch gave me a statement of 3.5k but the legal team wants to ***** 14k without discussion.
