Poor Communication
good morning
i have laid a complaint against MTN i think two months ago and they promised to call me back MTN just decided to hand me over without hesitation to the debt collectors after a month not working
can someone get in touch with me as i need to lay a formal complain in NCR regarding this

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
Kindly be advised that you have 2 contract with MTN both still in the 24 month contract period.
Expire date ***

You have not honour your payments as per the 24 month contract signed.
SMS, letters was sent to you with the notification that your account is not paid.
Please refer back to the terms and conditions where is stated that if the account is not paid MTN have the right to hand the account over to a legal status, before the account was handed over you were notified regarding this.
The account is only in MTN legal department and the account is not as yet handed over to the attorneys.
Your account balance is R 3,141.56
Please make payment to the account to avoid for the account to mover to hard legal status.
The request was sent to the Credit Management department to assist you.
Please contact the 808 call centre to transfer you to the credit/legal management department 135 from a contract cell number.
