POOR CLIENT SUPPORT

MTN wont refund me my overpayment from a contract i settled years ago. instead the keep sending me back and forth, consultants need to go for refresher training or team building(whatever thing that MTN does) . Till this day no consultant has picked up the phone and called me yet they are customer service based.
