Poor client Srrvice

Good day. Im very dissapointed in the client service of mtn. I have a contract there. And now only I cant pay this month R425 because of ***** that happened to us. We were at an atm when thy stole our bank catd and withdraw R10000 from our bank account. And I explained it to Mtn and I send the police case nr to them alos. They could have just told me to pay a double payment at the end of this month. But no they went and cancelled my contract and billed me almost R5000 to pay to them. Really is that how you treat your clients. Then I dont want to be a client with mtn. Very disgusted and unsatisfied client. I hope you can sort this out.
