POOR CLIENT SERVICE MTN

In September 2019 MTN Flamwood Klerksdorp run a promotion on the A series phones where you get a Takealot voucher as a free gift. The lady that was helping me said that I would receive an sms with the voucher number in a weeks time. After query about the voucher another lady told her where it says in the cataloque what you must do to get the voucher. She never told me that this is the way to get the voucher. She just said she dont have time to read the cataloque and was now saying that she never said it. Af I call Takealot HO they told me that MTN receive the vouchers in bulk. I've send a screen copy of the sms, invoice and Imei number of phone to the sms number but still havent recrive the voucher. Are they using this vouchers for themselves? I'm just wondering how many clients have receive their voucher. VERY POOR CLIENT SERVICE AND THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!!!!
