Poor client service

So I did an upgrade for my 2 devices I have with you guys, one of my devices got promotional data ***) the 20 gig data. The other device came in today ***) did not! If it's not part of the promotion that is fine. I called to find out why the other device did not recieve the data. No guys your agents(fezeka) don't want to work! How do you ask a person 20/30 security questions just to tell them you can't help them? Out of the years I been with you today I learned ****ty side of the business. Can the agents atleast pretend they want to help and NOT make it obvious that they are not interested
