Poor client service

I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company. I paid up my account three months ago I’ve been trying to call the legal team the ladies hanged up or just left me on the line while they continued their conversation I’m sure that one of the ladies is pedi.I tried reaching them on Instagram but still there is no response. To make matters worse they didn’t updated my account on any bureau..
