Poor client service at Northgate MTN

I have tried to add a new contact onto my business account with MTN. The client service and feedback is so poor! I have been dealing with the Store Supervisor at the MTN Northgate Shopping centre. His name is Conrad Matsobane. He ignores my phone calls, I have tried calling him a number of times, sent messages. I believe that MTN no longer wants my business.
