Poor client service

I had such a terrible/disappointing experience with this service provider.

I bought a data plan about 2 weeks back with a free router, unfortunately there was a burglary and the rooter was stollen, I had no insurance.

I called to ask MTN for another rooter, I was told they don’t have one that doesn’t come with a contract, I wanted to pay the amount upfront.

I asked if they can cancel the contract, I was told they can’t cause I don’t have a rooter.

I asked them to put the plan on pause cause the ***** is now using it, I was told they can’t I’d have to cancel it,

Basically I’m told there is nothing they can do, a service provider like MTN is unable to find a solution for an issue that should be common like this?

I have gotten a plan with Telkom but help me to cancel the plan please so I don’t have to keep paying for a service I’m not using
