POOR CLiENT SERVICE

I app**** for a laptop deal last week friday 7 oktober 2022 at mtn springs mall. My co tract was cond approved so i went back to the mall yesterday the 11 oct still same cond approved. I phoned 135 from my cell phone after holding for 20 min just to hear sorry they cant help me. I have 4 contracts with MTN and this is the service i get. Not even to say that i had to stand for 2hours at the mall with the system that is slow..... this is VERY poor client service
