Poor Client Service

am no happy at all and i want to cancel my contract, i have been sent from pillar to post just to perform an sim swap. My mom Patricia Maja who is the contract holder and im have been giving access to the account as she lives in Limpopo, and i am in Joburg. On the 1st of Sep 2017 i went to Mall of Africa and requested to do a sim swap i was told i couldn't since im not the holder i informed the the consultant that my mom lives 180km away from me and she is disable so she wont be able to go the mall. On Sunday the 3rd of Sep 2017 i than arranged for my mom to come in Joburg just so that we can do a sim swap. On the 4th of Sep 2017 we went to Southgate mall where we wanted to do a sim swap and guess what the store does not have sim cards. i still do not have a sim card i an running a business and have lost a lot of money since. How do i get this resolved? My mom has gone back to Limpopo. if i can not be helped please cancel the contract number of ********** , under P.Maja this is the worst services i have ever experienced.
