Poor client service

I went to MTN's branch in Paarl and submitted an application for contract cellphones. The sales person Malcolm took all my documents that they said they require and app**** online (their system). He said I can go and that he will let me know if what the outcome is. He never phoned me back, I had to call numerous times and ask him what the outcome is and how far is my application. It's really bad service if you forget to phone a client back whether or not that client did not qualify for the product.

I gave him another chance to deliver service to me but still I'm awaiting his call back.

It's a week ago already.
