Poor cellphone reception

So MTN have been awarded the 'best' cellphone service provider for 2022.... yeah right, and I'm the tooth fairy!

After many emails and phone calls for months now, MTN reception in my suburb is almost non existent. If my debit order is 1c short, they wanna disconnect me, but if I need cellphone reception in my suburb, I get the answer "it is loadshedding" bull**** !

MTN, I have been a customer for 25+ years. I think it's time you up your game.
