Poor Cellphone Contrct Service

I am utterly disappointed by what the level of service has come to at the Uitenhage MTN Corkwood Mall Store. I have been a client with MTN since 2014 purchasing contract phones( Note 3, Note 4, S9 & Note 8) and took a pause of 2-3 years.

I recently went back to apply for a new contract where I was told that my information is part of the old system and need to be migrated into the new system in order for my application to be processed. It has been a week now with no success and I have wasted my time in going in-store(3 times) just to be told to wait again.

I not only blame the consultant assisting me but I blame the entire staff of the store, as I had witnessed her asking for assistance from her ***orkers with no success. That is a poor reflection of how a team should be working.

I am now considering to switch networks with the level of disappointment I have in MTN
