poor cancellation process

Good luck cancelling a contract with them even though you have done the due diligence and canceled and returned product within 10 working days. It will take 3 months for them to process that cancellation and during that they will be debiting you for a product you don't have nor use. The cherry on top is trying to get a refund for those debit orders, since December 2022 I am still fighting.
