Poor call centre assistance

Call Centre takes long to answer. More than 6 minutes. Hardly able to hear the call centre agent. The agent doesn't sound motivated to assist. Then the call drops. (Not from my / the clients side) Of course they couldn't be bothered to call you back. I am a long time client (probably close to 20 years) of theirs. Probably time to change Service provider.
