Poor call center Service

I have been calling Mtn about four times, to cancel the contract that has ended and to be moved to prepaid, every time I speak to a different consultant claiming to assist me after 8 minutes of holding up and quietness, they just hang up on me and this happens after struggling to get my call answered. I feel like this is deliberate and I hope they won't debit my account.
