Poor business practices by MTN!

In mid-November 2020 I upgraded 2 contracts that were due to end or had already ended ! One contract was for an upgrade of a Wifi d router and the second for a small value requiring a new SIM as the original was faulty. I have since spent endless hours on the phone speaking to numerous consultants trying to find out where the goods were. Call backs were promised - rarely were they received - eventually I had to call Mtn yet again and repeat previous conversations or start the entire process all over again! Phone calls lasted anything from 10 to 30 minutes having spent anywhere between 15 to 60 minutes listening to pathetic musak! I am aware that most Mtn consultants are working from home due the covid lockdown but surely the supplier had adequate resources and time to sort out how business was to be conducted. Long story short - I eventually had the first contract sorted sans Wifi router - Mtn has run out of stock! With the second contract I was eventually told to go to a store and sort the issue there! What is the point of constantly punting 'on-line' business when I could have gone to an Mtn store from the get go? In my case I was / am reluctant to visit any store due to the covid issue. Mtn conducts very poor business practices and is not concerned with customer relations at all - par for the course of 'big business' today!!!
