poor billing system

I feel ****** by Mtn .I bought a lot of air time on Monday and yesterday when I slept , I had hundred eighty something rand and today woke up to a 99 rand.when called they said i must check my back round data and that I also downloaded something's.when I looked at my downloads there was nothing downloaded yesterday, however there were few subscriptions which I was not aware of, charges were ranging from 4-8 rand.Its very strange coz when i have little air time or buy 30 voucher such things do not happen but the minute I buy R200 voucher or so I always experience such things.My husband complained about it previously and I took light and when he called mtn he was told the same things I was told.He even told me what they were going to say before I can even call.ya ne.being loyal to mtn Its just a waste of time and energy, at least I have a choice to try other network providers.<br>
