Poor, bad service

My sim card was blocked due to non payment, went and paid in store last week Thursday and Friday, the I called the contact centre 135 and the advised me that they will unblock my phone this Friday and I asked them to cancel my month to month contact with effective 30 May 2025

Today when I try to use me number, am getting a message that I should Rica my sim at the nearest MTN store.

I need my SIM card to be unlocked, it belongs to me not MTN
