Poor assistance from Kolonnade shop

Asked assistance from MTN Kolonnade to move my contacts from my IPhone 6 to IPhone X after upgrading. They could assist and even suggested that I go to the Vodacom shop across from them to ask for help. The reason why they could assist was that no one had the knowledge how to do it. I would also like to add that I had to wait 45minutes in line after being helped so poorly. I will be going to Vodacom tomorrow to ask for assistance and I believe that they would be able to help.
