POOR AND VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

VERY BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

In March I called in to request that they update my invoice and change my address and they took my details and told me that my invoice will only be changed the next month which is April, I understood then my invoice for April and May comes through and my details are still not changed only to call again yesterday for them to only Log a call which they never did the first time I called, I was told that I should wait for 24 hours and my invoice will be updated. I received an email saying the call that was logged has been completed so I call them again asking them to send my updated invoice and they tell me again that I have to wait for next month to get my invoice... What kind of bull**** is this???? I need my invoice TODAY!!! I spoke to Jabulile and Siphokazi !!!
