Poor and unprofessional service

<p>I have been frustrated with my phoned for a while and and have been waiting for my upgrade which is due today. I have been liaising with the Galleria branch of MTN well before my upgrade, and was hoping to get my Galaxy A7 early, however there was no stock at the branch. The consultant searched and secured a phone at the Umlazi branch at the end of last week. Due to courier issues the phoned had not been delivered and I was promised the phone would arrive today. Upon my arrival at the Galleria store I was informed that the phone had not arrived and had been sold to another customer. I cannot believe this poor level of service. I spoke to Samsung and they said there was not stock issue and that the A7 was a popular phone. The consultant at the Galleria branch further said that he was not able to advise when the new phone would arrive as MTN are having major problems with their new courier service provider. The phone is advertised in your book. Please advise what is going on and sort out delivery of my phone!!</p>
