Poor and slow service with MTN Insurance claim

I have submitted a claim for a damaged phone more than a month ago. My device was collected for repairs on the 13th of February 2020 and I still haven't received it back. I have followed up with MTN multiple times and have even escalated the issue with the escalations department but no one has since given me feedback of when will I receive my device back. I have been without a device for almost a month yet I was told at the beginning that turnaround time for the device to be repaired is 7 to 14 working days. It has been way more than turnaround time and I am utterly disappointed with MTN Insurance. It is 2020 and I am shocked that Insurance companies are still delivering poor service to customers when claims are concerned. I wouldn't recommend MTN Insurance to anyone.
