Poor and Disgusting service....I feel like I was ****med 😔😭

MTN offer italk...In March I received a call from one of Mtn employee offering me cell phone and for me to get an approval I should get an a 1 month data contract with them of which I agree but funny my device was scheduled for delivery of which didn't happen then called them back I was told it was cancelled but no reason mentioned why is it cancelled,it doesn't given an option to re-apply for another I was Ohk then pls make sure you cancel even the SIM data contract,I was told it's cancelled.. Second month came they deducted again,I phoned them again of which they mentioned it is cancelled again then I got relaxed.Two days ago I went to the bank for a loan,to my surprise that MTN is blocking me to get help with loan it shows that am owing R328.00 or R326.00 I can't remember the right figure..I went to the MTN branch in Trade route mall I was told they can't help me with anything since it was an online offer my case has been handed over to lawyers I must pay that one,I told them I can't pay for something that I don't know I even threw that SIM card away because I couldn't do anything with it anymore it was blocked hence SIM card was mine not from them....Pls help me to solve this it so messing my life
