Poor And Disgusting service

Disgusted with MTN I upgraded my Mtn contact in April 2020 and it was for 40 GB and 80 GB for R299. However they have been billing me R548 for the past 3 months and when I follow up I get no assistance. This is extremely shocking and disgraceful service.

Please assist as I am getting fed up with this poor service.
