POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

HIGHLY disgusting with the service I have received from MTN as a new contract owner I'm beyond shocked. I have called into your centre reporting that I'm unable to dial out of my phone keeps saying call failed two references numbers later and no one can tell me what the problem is what is the point of having a cellphone if I can never make a call its been a month and I cannot make calls from my phone and when I use my cellc sim card it works fine. if u you guys are unable to resolve this how do I cancel my contact with u I'm beyond annoyed this is exactly why I left mtn in the beginning.
