Poor and Bad service

I'm very disappointed with MTN , I have been given the run around for a paid up letter . I called the customer service helpline they gave me an email address and different contact numbers to dial . It's week number 3 still waiting for feedback .

I went to the store in southgate mall i was given a number to contact the 1st person couldn't help and she gave me a number to dial when I called the number the number didn't work , phoned back got an email address to send another email. Until today no feedback the service is very pathetic and very poor
