Poor and bad attitude from staff

Hi About 15:30 I went to MTN PMB Commercial street to get Sim, Rooter and Data. A lady asked me to bring my Id and Bank statement. Than i asked if its fine if I come back after work as I was at work. She said theh are closing at 17h00, I was happy with that, than I was at the Shpo 16:50 of which the doors were closed , guard advised me that they close at 16:50. I could speak from outside to the lady I saw ear**** and she was not interested to even come and explain to me. Than I asked the Manager by the name Nishen, he told me that the Regional office authorised them to close at 16:50 as they were ****** before. I am so frustrated at this poor service I received from Mtn, they should have told me the closing time when I initially went to the store. Outside closing times says 17h00. I am asking the regional offices than to change times to 16:50 as we as customers are confused now.
