Poor after sales service and Communication

I bought a product which I did not use as the sales person advised me incorrectly. I returned the product and cancelled my contract. 4 Months later I am still being charged and NOBODY has called me back after numerous emails. My next step is to go to the Ombudsman because this is *****ing, you a hardworking individual, just for MTN to ***** your money, MTN is no different than the common ***** who robs people!!!!!!!
