Poor after sales service

Half a star. I had a with them I requested to be cancelled within 7 days of acquiring it. The data contract was through a 3rd party but they referred me to MTN for cancellation. I was told the contract was cancelled in 2022 already only to discover in 2025 when I try upgrade my other contract that it was not cancelled but written off. Called them plenty of times and I was told to pay a settlement because it had not been handed over to a 3rd party. Took me a month to get the paid up letter and just after that I started receiving calls from debt collectors telling me to pay them. This is nonsense. Sent emails of correspondences but I’m still receiving those calls. 3 months later and my account has not been updated at the credit bureau. When I call they send me from pillar to post
