Poor after sales and don't do what they say

I app**** for an mtn lte router deal on 2 January. Dsv biometrics keeps failing when they try to deliver. Spoke to a sales agent 2 days ago and she said she'll send an instruction for manual delivery. Dsv says they have not received the instruction. Today I can't get through to anyone seems their lines have a problem. I need to work, I've paid for the service already. Regret it.
