Poor advertising

Honestly I'm very unhappy, Mtn advertised a special offer and I didn't receive everything I was told I am going to receive. The Friday I received the package that included a phone and Sim card, no smart watch, I went in to a mtn store and they told me I need to rather call. So I called and the lady told me it takes 3 business days before accesories arrive and you get a link or something like that. 3 business has past and I called them again because I got no answer or no link, and the lady said my agreement says that there is no smart added and that I need to go in and cancel the contract and reapply for another deal.. I'm a very patient guy but this doesn't work for me, I didn't receive want I asked for so I'm going to cancel and not going to reapply.
