Poor administration and account management

Hi please contact me urgently to close off a issue that I have falsely been having to rectify since the beginning of the year. I closed off and paid off all my MTN accounts on the 25th of December 2016 and sent the proof of payment. However my account was handed over to Hammond pole attorneys and I have been inundated with calls smses and emails stating that my account is in arrears. My last point of contact was with Ntokozo with a reference number of ********** 59.please contact me on ********** 136 urgently so we can resolve this clear my credit record.
