Poor accounting
<p>This is the second complain about my account and contract being increased without any notification.</p> <p>I have a set fee per month and do not make use of any extras.</p> <p>I refuse to pay for these and there is no proof of the transactions.</p> <p>I hope, as this is the second time experiencing this, that by using this platform again, I will have this issue resolved speedily and have my account credited.</p>
