Poor account admin and Atrocious service
I have a data contract with MTN and without warning my connection was lost. To query the problem the call centre requires a pin which you cannot get without a cellphone. Took 30 mins to get hold of an agent who was incomprehensible and unhelpful. Took another 45 mins to get hold of an agent who said gather had suspended the service but couldn't say why. Said he reinstated the service which did not happen. No one could find a supervisor. Was told I would be called back by a supervisor which did not happen. Generally unhelpful bordering on rude service. And near impossible to access anyone to help.
