Poor

I have been having an issue with MTN for over 2 weeks now, they keep sending me from pillar to post regarding an account I had with them that was closed in 2009.<br> <br> I needed to transfer an account over to my name recently and only then found out that my account was with the legal department,<br> I called the legal department and spoke to Jack Phiri who was no help, all he could tell me that the account had a balance of R 3 425.32,<br> I then explained to him that I know this account was closed and that my ITC statement showed that it had been paid up and sent him the Transunion report, after a few days and multiple emails later I was told to contact the attorneys. after being thrown from pillar to post for days on end and waiting on the phone for hour(just being kept on hold) still nothing as been done, everyone just keeps passing the buck between the lawyers and MTN.<br> <br> So how can my ITC statement show that the account is paid up and that there is no judgement on my name since 2009 , but they still expect me to make that payment.<br> <br> Also I have had no communication from MTN since 2009 to atleast inform me that the account had an owing balance<br> <br> I need this resolved immediately.
